In order to be clear about what we are,

it's useful to say what we are not

1. We are not a furniture recycling service. 

 

We are not an 'upcycling' scheme, looking to turn second hand furniture into usable items.  We only accept good quality items which would bless their recipients.  If you want to 'get rid of' items, there are plenty of other places to try.

2. We are not a social action call out service.  

 

We do not have a team on standby waiting to be deployed.  We are entirely dependent on the giving of people in churches as we act as a bridge between them and the need we know about.

3. We are not a charity shop.  

 

We are not open for recipients to call in to collect items.  We only work with social workers and referrers who inform us of need and they are very welcome to come and see us.
